Intuitive and Proactive Tools

  • With the Contact Expert, you no longer have to worry about follow-up calls with patients or insurance companies. Each day, this intuitive feature provides a list of daily contact tasks so you know exactly what needs to be done. Whether you need to confirm an appointment or check the status of an insurance claim, the Contact Expert lets you know. And, once the contact is made, you can record notes directly into the patient's chart.

Simplified Billing

  • Speed up billing. WINOMS CS software offers ADA, CPT and ICD-9 cross-coding, allowing you to select procedures from a pop-up list or enter the ADA or CPT code. And by detecting cross-coded procedures as they post, WINOMS CS software immediately bills dental insurance for dental-only procedures. Medical-only procedures are then automatically billed to the patient's medical insurance. Plus, you can post batches of insurance payments by carrier instead of by patient.
  • Streamline your checkout procedure. Once a procedure or payment is posted, statements, referral letters and prescriptions can be quickly generated.

Track referral statistics and patterns. WINOMS CS software evaluates and prioritizes referrals based upon the following criteria: new patients referred, total charges, total payments and total adjustments. You can even merge referral reports into other documents.

Day Sheet and Night Call List

WINOMS CS Point-of-Care Module

The WINOMS CS Point-of-Care Module allows you to access patient information from anywhere in the office. The module fosters communication between patients by giving you the power to discuss treatment plans with patients while viewing a shared tablet PC. The enhanced tooth grid helps you provide accurate and detailed information to patients so they can easily envision treatment plans.

The Point-of-Care Module also helps streamline your workflow by generating narratives, prescriptions and walkout bills before the patient reaches the front desk.

Anesthesia Records Module

Keep patients' anesthesia records secure with the Anesthesia Records Module. Simply create an electronic record and attach it directly to your patient's file—no more thermal paper or filing cabinets.

With the module's intuitive interface, you can easily store information like pre- and post-op evaluations as well as vital signs within the patient's chart.  During procedures, simply click the mouse to record dosage levels. Those vitals are then entered and stored securely within the patient's chart where they can easily be viewed in graphical charts.

The Anesthesia Records Module from WINOMS CS allows you to keep permanent patient records. Unlike thermal paper, electronic records do not degrade over time. Plus, they can be easily accessed from any workstation in the practice.

Digital Forms Integration Module

Create secure digital documents and customized forms that attach directly to your patients' charts. with the digital forms module. From HIPAA Compliance to Informed Consent forms, all of your paper documents can now be securely stored in a digital format, in one convenient place.

With a tablet PC, you can securely capture both physician and patient signatures on any digital form. Or, if you prefer, signatures can also be captured with optional third-party signature pads for use at any workstation.

The Digital Forms Module also allows you to create custom document templates that can then be automatically attached to patients' records. And, what's more, all of these digital forms can be easily accessed from any workstation or tablet PC in your practice.

QUICKBOOKS* Software Integration Module

With the QUICKBOOKS Software Integration Module, you can securely transfer data from your WINOMS CS software into QUICKBOOKS Software, so you no longer have to worry about making double entries.

The module also allows you to automate daily activities. Automatically post daily deposit and refund information into your QUICKBOOKS Software. You can separate or combine cash, checks and credit card deposits. And refunds are quickly populated in your check printing queue with all of the information you need for printing refund checks.

Streamline your workflow and reduce book-keeping errors with the pre-check report. By listing all patient refunds before they're sent to QUICKBOOKS Software, you can easily check the data for accuracy.

TRUFORM Software Integration Module

Your time is valuable. With the TRUFORM Software Integration Module, your patients can register with your practice before they arrive at the office. Patients simply enter their information online and in one click, the data is imported into your new patient screen. This data can then be verified by your front desk staff and converted into a new patient account.

You can also download and edit your patients' medical history. Once changes are made, they are applied to your database. The original forms are then saved in PDF form and attached to the patient's chart, where they are safely stored for future reference.

In addition, the TRUFORM Software Integration Module automatically checks for duplicate records. If a patient is already in your system, WINOMS CS software will find his or her previous record, so you don't have to worry about multiple entries.
