Frank Dias graduated from the University of Bombay with a bachelor's degree in business management. He has more than ten years as a technical support specialist—including four years supporting PRACTICEWORKS Practice Management Software—and four more years as a Certified Dental Trainer. Consistent with his background, Frank focuses on a positive customer experience and service.

Frank delivers both administrative and charting training to users of PRACTICEWORKS Software. He specializes in teaching clients to use Carestream Dental software to increase their productivity and serve patients better.
