Practice Management
Experience the benefits of working closely with a dedicated Conversion Analyst in examining all areas of your practice management conversion. Take advantage of a one-on-one “data review”, where your Conversion Analyst remotely guides you through a tour of your test conversion. Use this opportunity to ask questions, game-plan, and requests changes for your final conversion.

For WINDENT Customers: You and your Conversion Analyst will review the results of the test conversion and address any concerns or customization requests. Following the final data extraction, we will then deliver and install your data to ensure your new software is ready for use.

Imaging
Do not let the management of existing digital images stand in the way of adopting Carestream Dental's state-of-the-art digital imaging systems. Carestream Dental's Conversions Department offers imaging conversions to maximize office efficiency by keeping all images accessible in your Kodak Dental, Ortho or OMS Imaging software.

For WINDENT Customers: Converting images is not included in the WINDENT standard conversion program. You will be charged a small service fee for moving/converting images into the software. The exact price of this fee will be based on images converted, previous system and other factors.

Product Customization / Configuration
An additional service Carestream Dental provides is customizing the setup of your practice management software. A dedicated Configurations Specialist will discuss your current practice processes and needs moving forward. This information will be used to arrive at the ideal setup of your practice management software in order to meet the individual needs of your practice.
