In her role as chief revenue officer for Carestream Dental’s dental practice management software (DPMS), Monica Minore leads global commercial operations for Sensei software solutions, including sales and marketing. Her broad healthcare and leadership background allows her to execute with increased speed and ensure that Sensei’s commercial resources and investments are prioritized for delivering the right customer experience. She joined the team in October 2020, when she served as general manager for Carestream Dental’s commercial software operations in its Americas region.

Monica is a healthcare industry professional with extensive experience in general management, marketing and sales leadership across multiple healthcare verticals. Monica’s career spanned twenty years beginning in sales for Baxter Healthcare and held increasing leadership positions at Baxter Healthcare, Allegiance Healthcare and Cardinal Health. Within her consulting practice, Monica served as a healthcare subject matter expert. She provided consulting services to multi-national companies and private equity backed and early-stage growth companies. Recent projects include: Developing marketing strategy and customer messaging; open innovation; determining market entry into a vertical; implementing a business strategy; and executing business development plans.

Monica holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University and a B.S. from Arizona State University.
