Senior Director Global Human Resources

Kanika Wright Jeune is the senior director of Human Resources at Carestream Dental. In this role, she oversees the full lifecycle of the employee experience, including talent management, succession planning, organizational and performance management, training and development and compensation. Jeune has held the position since 2022 but has been with Carestream Dental and its former parent company, Carestream Health, for more than 20 years.

Before overseeing the Human Resource department, she served as a global operations and business program manager and led global teams to implement company-wide projects. Jeune served as the project management lead for the company’s divestiture from Carestream Health in 2017 and more recently the sale of the intraoral scanning business.

Jeune has more than 15 years of experience in various manufacturing operations, leadership, and project management roles in the medical and dental device industries. While with Carestream Health, she was an acting general manager for its Long Island facility transition and closure. She also worked in the Corporate Quality Office as a continuous improvement manager, overseeing Lean and Six Sigma related projects and certifications across the organization. Additionally, Jeune was the equipment manufacturing manager at Carestream Health for digital radiography and computed radiography medical devices.

Jeune holds an MBA from Strayer University and is a Jack Welch Scholar. She has a Master of Science in strategic leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
