T4 Practice Management Software 

T4 has a very powerful scheduling function, including several useful tools to manage large patient volumes and many clinics.

T4 Software’s integrated Internet capabilities further enhance practice productivity and patient care. With its internet booking manager patients can log on and make appointments themselves, saving time for both patients and the practice. SMS-reminders remind patients of appointments via text messages, significantly reducing the number of patients who do not come to a booked appointment and convenient credit card processing allows patients to swipe their card, enter their code and immediately verify their payment.

T4 Software is designed to meet the needs of the entire practice, including clinicians, management and administration. Designed for deployment in larger networks, T4 Software’s client-server technology simplifies the centralized management of many clinicians in a WAN network (Wide Area Network). The software can also be connected to external systems, such as centralized accounting, and provides access to the National Population Register. Sophisticated technology maintains security at three levels: network, database and T4 Software. In version 2, T4 Software can be configured individually by each user. For example, the Journal Viewer depends on what the user chooses to display on the screen. Or, a dental hygienist may wish to have the periodontal chart for the homepage, whilst a dentist would prefer a status diagnosis chart.
