Chief Experience Officer
As Chief Experience Office, Mike Duski leads the Global Marketing and Customer Care teams for Carestream Dental. His combined organization optimizes overall customer experience from inquiry and acquisition through implementation, training and ongoing service and support. He has been with Carestream Dental since late 2022 and is based in Chicago, Ill.
Duski brings to Carestream Dental more than 23 years of diversified experience in healthcare/medical device/physician practice management and a passion for commercial excellence, delivering world class patient care, experiences and customer satisfaction. Most recently, he served as the chief growth and strategy officer for Vein Clinics of America. Previously, he was the chief commercial officer at TIDI Products. He started his career at Cardinal Health and held multiple roles of increasing responsibility spanning more than 16 years, including senior vice president/general manager of the global interventional cardiology business.
He leverages deep knowledge and experience to consistently and successfully lead high-performing teams spanning marketing, sales, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, product development, customer service, sales operations and data and analytics.
Duski holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from DePaul University, a Master of Business Administration from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
