In his role as president of Sensei, the digital practice management solutions (DPMS) business of Carestream Dental, Viswanathan is responsible for defining the strategy, enhancing the product and driving the operations of the company’s software portfolio. He has been with Carestream Dental since 2026 and is based in San Diego, Calif.

Viswanathan has more than 20 years of management experience—including as co-founder and CEO of Doctible, a patient engagement platform for dental and vision practices that was acquired by PracticeTek in 2021. He has extensive experience in building scalable products and high performing teams. Before joining Carestream Dental, he served as general manager at PracticeTek, where he oversaw multiple brands.

Viswanathan holds a Bachelor of Technology in mechanical engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College; a Master of Science in management science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
