Kanika Wright is the senior director of Human Resources at Carestream Dental. In this role, she oversees the full lifecycle of the employee experience, including talent management, succession planning, organizational/performance management, training/development, and compensation. Wright has held the position since 2022, but has been with Carestream Dental and its former parent company, Carestream Health, for more than 20 years.

Before overseeing the Human Resource department, she served as a global operations and business program manager and led global teams to implement company-wide projects. Wright served as the project management lead for the company’s divestiture from Carestream Health in 2017 and, more recently, the sale of the intraoral scanning business.

Wright has more than 15 years of experience in various manufacturing operations, leadership, and project management roles in the medical and dental device industries. She holds an MBA from Strayer University and is a Jack Welch Scholar; she also has a Master of Science in strategic leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
