Support of 3Disc intraoral scanners

3Disc intraoral scanners are now supported by IOS Scanner Link, an open solution that allows users to directly connect CS Imaging software to leading intraoral scanners acquisition software.

1. Open Patient File in CS Imaging 8
2. Scan acquisition is initiated by CS Imaging 8
3. Patient data automatically transferred to the IOS acquisition software
4. Upon completion, scans are automatically imported into CS Imaging 8

Dexis, Medit and 3Disc intraoral scanner scan acquisitions can be initiated from CS Imaging 8 by IOS Scanner link

Display information as an overlay on images when saving images

In the darkroom the "Display Information" option shows or hides patient and acquisition information as an overlay on images. When saving the image in BMP, JPG, TIFF or PNG format, the information will be shown or hidden accordingly.
