What's New in CS Imaging 8

CS Imaging 8.0.28 included in CS Imaging Suite 3.14.0.21 released January 3, 2025
1	"Keep me signed in" between CS Imaging 8 and Click & Share A Carestream Dental User Account is required to connect to Carestream Dental portals (e.g. Carestream Dental Institute), or Cloud Services (e.g. AI Insights, Easy Digital Denture Soution or Click & Share). To Login from CS Imaging, the user must click on the "Login" button on the top right of CS Imaging. During the sign in, the user can tick the "Keep me signed in" box, to avoid signing in again when using "Click and Share."
2	Europe Only: AI Insights end-user Trial and increased visibility of AI Insights button A 28-day trial period can be started by the clinicians from CS Imaging to use AI Insights for Panoramic and Intraoral Select an X-ray eligible for AI Insights analysis. Click on the AI Insights button highlighted. Login to your Carestream Dental account or create one. Accept the Terms & Conditions. After activation, countdown starts, service stops after 28 days. To continue use, purchase the annual service from your reseller.
3	US Only: Easy Digital Denture Solution (EDDS) The denture module enables to scan dentures with an existing Carestream Dental CBCT system. The scanned dentures are made available in STL format compatible for subsequent CAD/CAM work. The dentures are scanned once and will be split automatically into two STL files for review, saving time for the user. When scanning a denture over denture or over stone, 3 SL files are created: Mandibular denture or stone STL Maxillary denture or stone STL (new) A "combo" of the mandibular and the maxillary STL
