All parts, labor and software updates/upgrades require purchase through Carestream Dental or an authorized dealer.   Terms and Conditions Based on your current support status, we can offer a Per Incident Support option to assist with your specific issue.  This service provides access to our Technical Support team for review and evaluation of a single support request without requiring an active support agreement. Once the purchase has been completed, we will promptly assign your case to a Technical Support representative. Please note that the Per Incident Support fee applies only to the specific issue reported and does not cover future support requests.
