Shelia Heard

Shelia Heard has worked in an educational environment for many years. She taught adult literacy classes at the local college in her hometown for three years. Shelia then went to work for WebMD where she did technical writing and assisted as Knowledge Base Administrator.

Shelia’s passion for resolving problems lead her to Carestream Dental in 2005. She served as a technical support representative on the CS PracticeWorks practice management software support team for two years before joining the MasterWorks team. In her current role, Shelia’s focus is to make sure clients are successful with their online training. She manages users and classes, and provides support to both clients and Application Specialists.
