Tim Jones

Tim Jones started with Carestream Dental in 1999, giving him more than seventeen years’ experience in the eServices area. Tim started as a support representative with the eServices team. After a few years, he transitioned to the eServices Application Specialists team where he worked his way up to the role of implementations tech III, a position created specifically for him.

Tim became the first certified Quality Advocate Application Specialist in the eServices department in 2012, and his certification keeps him focused on problem solving and planning. Tim‘s motto is “Always go the extra step to make sure the customer is happy and trained properly in any situation, even if it doesn’t involve your own department or duties.”
