PRESS RELEASE: Carestream Dental Announces Educational Program for Global Oral Health Summit

Carestream Dental is giving Global Oral Health Summit attendees access to some of the most influential doctors and consultants in the industry with its recently announced educational program.

“Courses at the Summit are designed to provide oral health care professionals with ways to increase efficiency, tackle everyday challenges, promote their practice and explore innovations in diagnostic techniques,” Mary Conditt, director of industry relations, Carestream Dental, said. “The speakers we have lined up are fully equipped to guide attendees through this robust educational program as they learn how to take their practices to the next level.”

Like 2016’s inaugural Global Oral Health Summit, this year’s event in Orlando, Fla., brings together professionals of all specialties from across all roles in a practice under one roof. There’s no need to preregister for courses, so attendees can pick and choose sessions to fit their learning requirements based on subject area, software or specialty.

Some of the not-to-be-missed speakers and courses at the 2017 Summit include:

    • Michael Pikos, D.D.S., of the Pikos Institute, giving a two-part advanced lecture on “Maxillary Arch Regenerative Strategies: Single Tooth to Full Arch Reconstruction”

    • Ara Nazarian, D.D.S., on “CBCT Guided Full Mouth Implant Reconstructions for Today’s Patient”

    • Brad McAllister, D.D.S., presenting new research on the “Perio-Ortho Side of CBCT Technology”

    • Tom Pitts, D.D.S., of Ortho Country Learning Center, with “Efficiency with Affordability in Orthodontics”

    • Mark Setter, D.D.S., and the two-part “Success Skills for the Entire Dental Team”

    • Mark Hyman, D.D.S. revealing “The Secret Sauce”

    • Judy Kay Mausolf, “Delivering W.O.W. Service! People Will Forget Everything Except How You Made Them Feel!”

    • Debra Engelhardt-Nash and “Patient Care=Practice Care—A Checklist for Your Office”

    • Janice Hhrefey with “Viva La Video—It’s Here, It’s Happening and It’s So Exciting”

    • Rosemary Bray presenting “Extraordinary Service—A Dental Necessity!”

The full educational program includes nearly 150 courses being taught by more than 50 doctors, consultants and Carestream Dental certified CS OrthoTrac, CS PracticeWorks, CS SoftDent and CS WinOMS trainers. These course also offer a possible 13 CE credits.

“In order to serve the learning levels of a broad range of attendees, courses run the gamut from beginner to advanced,” Conditt said. “Whether you’re a new team member or a seasoned professional, we’ve ensured you can tailor your schedule to meet your educational goals.”

The 2017 Global Oral Health Summit takes place at the Orlando World Center Marriott, Nov. 10-12. Registration is now open at carestreamdental.com/globalsummit; early bird registration ends June. 30.
