Three Key Updates You Can Expect from CS OrthoTrac v15

CS OrthoTrac is designed to continuously help orthodontists maintain an efficient and secure practice. From the new Financial Estimator tool to tightened security controls, CS OrthoTrac v15 is here to enhance your overall experience with treatment planning. Whether you are currently using on-premise or cloud, here are three key updates you can look expect with v15:

1. A New Financial Estimator Tool

Estimate contract totals and payments all in one place with the Financial Estimator tool. It is conveniently located in the financial toolbar and can help you identify financial problems before patients leave the office. You can easily incorporate and estimate treatment costs, discounts and responsible party insurance all from the financial toolbar. This dynamic tool easily adjusts to show various financial options for patients in real-time—even before generating a contract.

2. Improved Aligner Tracking

With the new update, you can now track up to 80 trays for greater productivity and streamlined aligner tracking. This improvement doubles the number of cases that can be tracked in comparison to v14. You can now accommodate more extensive treatment plans and enjoy better integration with aligner manufacturers.

3. Better Security Controls

Increased security controls mean better protection for your patients. It is critical to help practices reduce the chances of fraud and misuse of patient information. In OrthoTrac v15, additional security improvements have been added to the AutoPayment report to allow clinical staff to authorize specific members access to patient payment information. You can now protect information with a simple click of a button on the financial screen.

CS OrthoTrac Cloud users will receive v15 update automatically. On-premise users can accelerate their upgrade by completing the “Update Central” request form at http://www2.carestreamdental.com/updatecentral/ or by contacting Carestream Dental at 800.944.6365 Option 2.
