Webinars Provide a Sneak Peek of the Educational Program at the 2017 Global Oral Health Summit

In order to give practices a preview of the kind of quality education they’ll experience at the Global Oral Health Summit, Carestream Dental is offering free webinars hosted by Summit speakers—consultant Judy Kay Mausolf and Mark Setter, D.D.S.

On Tuesday, Aug. 29, from 12:00-12:30 p.m. EST, Mausolf, a renowned dental practice management coach, gives a high-level overview of her Summit course: “Delivering W.O.W. Service—People Will Forget Everything except How You Made Them Feel.” This 30-minute webinar teaches processes for consistent handoffs and hygiene briefings that deliver value, build loyalty and increase scheduling, which ultimately affect the bottom line. Mausolf has also written a series of guest posts on the Carestream Dental blog, so teams can start picking up tips and tricks before they even arrive at the Summit.

A month later, on Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 12:00-12:30 p.m. EST, Dr. Setter presents “Five Reasons Your Patients Are Not Accepting Treatment and How to Overcome One of Them.” Even the best clinical skills don’t always translate into patients with the best oral health. This 30-minute webinar covers the techniques needed to overcome the obstacles that prevent practices from having healthiest patients possible.
