Celebrating Customer Service Week: A Message from Lisa Ashby, CEO

The first week of October marks the start of an important week at Carestream Dental: Customer Service Week. The dedicated week to acknowledge service and support was established by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) in 1984 and is a national event celebrated across the globe. Even though five business days is not nearly long enough to fully recognize all that our team of customer ambassadors do, it gives us time to properly acknowledge the people at the forefront of our commitment to you and to thank you for the service you provide to your patients—who are our friends, family and employees.

We all highly value and prioritize customer service and support. As most dentists are small business owners themselves, you know how important it is that your “customers,” i.e., patients, have their questions answered, feel heard and want to return to your business. And we recognize that our service and support empowers you to turn around and provide your patients with excellent service.

Carestream Dental acknowledges Customer Service Week every year to highlight the work our service and support teams—and all our employees—do to drive the industry forward. And we extend that recognition to all of your team members who do the same in your practice.
