Alan Landrum has a degree in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University. Alan worked as an online application developer, technical writer, and UI designer for multiple software programs prior to joining the Carestream Dental family in 2011 as a CS WinOMS support representative. In 2012, he became the Knowledge Administrator for CS WinOMS and trained new support representatives on CS WinOMS.

With his vast knowledge of CS WinOMS, in 2019, Alan transitioned to his current position as CS WinOMS trainer.

Alan resides in Atlanta with his Boston Terrier. In his free time, he enjoys reading (thrillers and sci-fi) and listening to vinyl records.
