Frank Dias graduated from the University of Bombay with a Bachelor's degree in business management. He has more than ten years as a technical support specialist—including four years supporting CS PracticeWorks practice management software—and 10 more years as a trainer. Consistent with his background, Frank focuses on a positive customer experience and service.
